Sean Hinton brings insight, psychological mindedness, leadership, and 25 years of business experience to his coaching practice. His work in high tech corporations covers senior level sales, marketing, operations, and business development and has worked for some of the largest corporations in the United States; such as Lockheed/Martin as well as entrepreneurial start-ups. Sean received his MBA from Pepperdine University, holds a Masters in Counseling Psychology from ITP, a Masters in Education from So. Oregon University and received a BA in Philosophy from California Luthern University.
Sean's specialization is coaching individuals dealing with complex corporate dynamics in rapidly changing organizations. Sean brings a deep understanding of interpersonal dynamics, and a high sense of ethics to his work. Sean has a deep commitment to helping people improve their performance and individually feel a sense of joy. Sean has work as a clinical psychologists with at risk teens and has a practice doing individual therapy in Northern California. As a psychologist Sean understanding of both the interpersonal dynamics and the behavioral patterns that people get stuck in are both identifiable and liberating once understood.
Sean has held the position of CEO in his own corporation, VP positions is Sales and Marketing, and was Director of Business development were he worked to building business opportunities, mergers, acquisitions and strategic partnerships. He has worked in start-up companies as well as multinational large cap corporations. Through this work, Sean has developed a rich understanding of multiple business functions, priorities, pitfalls, and processes which enables him to provide insight and guidance to his executive coaching clients.
